Agreement
By using Note Wall you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Note Wall provides digital “walls” tied to places where users can read and post notes in text, photo, drawing, voice, or video format. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
- You may use guest (anonymous) mode or optionally link a Google account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must not attempt to access another user’s private data or bypass security controls.
Your content
- You keep ownership of content you post.
- You grant Note Wall a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service (including sharing links and previews).
- You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
Prohibited use
- No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, malware, or impersonation.
- No attempts to scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- No posting of others’ private information without consent.
- We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.
Public notes
Notes on walls are public by design. Post only what you are comfortable sharing publicly. Nicknames on notes are snapshots and do not update retroactively when you change your profile name.
Disclaimer
Note Wall is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Place information and user notes are provided by users and third parties; we do not verify accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Note Wall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
