A note left hereOverheard someone tell a customer that tickets sell out online and to look for online last minute cancelations. We got ours through get your guide and the process was easy. It included entrance to all three sites and was one whole 3 hour tour with an excellent guide. Looked like that was the best route than to try to get them online with no guides. A note left hereIt is the most famous complex of Islamic architectural monuments in Spain. It is the only well-preserved palace from the medieval Islamic world you absolutely must-see. I’m not sure about the tickets, as I visited with a group and a local guide, so we didn't have any issues.

A note left hereWe thought we bought the tickets two months ago but got a notification one week before our trip that there were no tickets. It turned out to be a third party provider- very difficult to have been detected earlier. More needs to be done by the gov. authorities to provide for customer protection. In the end, we got a local pleasant guide by the ticket office touring around the accessible premises.
