A note left hereDefinite visit if one is in Rio. The view from the top is a,ING. Get there as early as possible to escape the crowds, is extremely busy after about 10am. Early visits also get you stunning views of the cloud cover over Rio before they clear. There is a small bar and snack counter and toilets along the way. Filtered water is available free of cost so get your bottles along as it gets hot once the sun is out.
A note left here5/7 of the world wonders for me. Not a long wait to get up there, in July. There're elevators to take you up there, and then some stairs. Cool views. Still, very crowded. I recommend bringing sunscreen or some umbrella. Quite some waiting at the bottom for the train. I believe you have to buy tickets some time in advance
