A note left hereVentured down the the National States Fair to be a part of America's 250 celebration.🇺🇸. States did a great job highlighting state treasures. There were awesome tents set up for innovation, music, and so much more. The National Guard was present and the streets were clean. The mall is always a great place to go to visit our museums. If you haven't been, out it on the calendar.
A note left hereIt would have been much better if Trump had not covered all the sites with fences that you couldn’t see through. There is very little to see in that area with all the fences blocking out everything. Seems like President Trump is ashamed of showing the world what he has done to the DC area.
A note left hereWhen you arrive here please don't let the stairs intimidate you. Every step is worth reaching the top. I can't tell you what a privilege I felt to enter inside this building. There is more than just an aersome statue that resides here. Please read the plaques on the wall to your right and left upon entering. They are historical speeches from Abraham Lincoln himself in 1863 and 1865. They are brilliantly etched in marble during the 8 year construction from 1914 to 1922. The work looks as if th…
