A note left hereSituated right in the middle of the city with artifacts that dated back to chinese era it was a really nice visit! To enter we had to pay a ticket but as University students we had a discount!
The only downside is that the pagoda was only accessible on the weekends and the bar was closed as well. The souvenir shop was really nice though.

There’s a park adjacent to it which you can enter for free, however if you want to explore the temples and shop then you have to pay for 700 TWD for Adults. It’s free for Locals and kids has discounts.
No parking tho but there are parking slots around the area. It is also in the middle of the city and walking distance from a mall and museum which is pretty convenient.
